한국 사람들은 정이 너무 많아서 부담스럽기까지 해서 억지로 피하고 안 만나려고 했는데도 몇사람은 고집을 피워만나 음식도 얻어먹었는데, 그렇게 고집을 피워준 사람들이 정말 고맙기만 하다.  지내고 보니 어떤 사람들은 사진조차 찍지않아 정말 아쉽다...  양 자매님은 집에까지 데리고 가셔서 맛있는 음식을 챙겨주셨는데...

I did not want to meet too many people while I was in Korea. Koreans are too hospitable to the point of overwhelming.  But there were people who insisted....  I am glad they were.  I feel bad  I did not take with some of the people.  Sister Yang took me to her home for lunch....

외삼촌은 예나 지금이나 하나도 변한신게 없다.  우리 둘 다 흰머리도20대에 물려받고...  우리 외삼촌처럼 신념대로 사는 사람도 참 보기 힘들다. 

My uncle always looks exactly the same.  He lives as he believes.  We both went grey in our 20s. 

 외숙모는 흰머리가 거의 없어서 나보다도 어리게 보이신다.  나이어린 조카딸에게 미안하지도 않으신지...

My aunt hardly has any grey hair and looks younger than me.  She should feel guilty...
