프로보, 유타에 있는 선교훈련소에서 일주일간 교육을 받고 조금더 준비가 된 기분이다. 이번에 가는 장년 선교사가 110
명 인데 그중 여섯명은 혼자된 자매들이고 나머지는 다 부부인데 19개 국으로 선교사업을 간다. 한 부부는 11번째 선교사업을 가고 반이 채 안되는 사람들이 첫번째 선교사업이다.
프로보 교육이 끝나고 솔트레익 시티에서 의교 선교사들 (의사, 상담사, 간호원) 이 따로 나흘간 훈련을 받았다. 저녁에 이곳저곳을 다니며 구경도 하고 좋은 시간이었다.
We spent a week in the Provo Missionary Training Center. There were many young missionaries and 110 senior missionaries. There were six sing sisters and the rest were couples and we were going 19 different countries. There was a couple who were on their 11th mission and less than a half of them were on their first mission.
After Provo, we had more training in Salt Lake City for the health care providers(doctors, counselors, nurses). We spent some time wondering around the city in the evening...
