One of Suk's Cousins learned to play saxophone at 56 and after only two years, she's very good. She is a grandma of twin girls and one of them is learning to wink.

Shaved ice with toppings, Dan's favorite

I have no idea when it started but Koreans love buffets. Well, eating is like an obsession.  And now not only for weddings, it's birthdays as well. We went for a buffet for Suk's cousin's birthday and this one offered Korean style shaved ice. Dan had it like any other Korean with red bean paste and sweet rice cake.

I am surprised we still see the Christmas decorations all over town.  Koreans don't celebrate the new year until the lunar new year which is February 9th. Most people will get off three days.  But Dan and I had a bowl of rice cake soup with my sister anyway.  When i attach pictures, they go where they want to go....
