Suk's Birthday 

마침 내 생일날 상호부조회의 행사로 맛있는 음식을 정말 예쁘게 차려놓고 좋은 음식도 먹는 기회가 있어서, 내

 생일이라서 차린 음식은 아니지만 그 핑계대고 정말 멋있게 점심을 먹고, 저녁에는 마이클 려시턴 생일 파티에 

남편과 손자들과 가서 바비큐한 맛있는 세가지 고기들과 생일케익까지 먹고....  올해는 두번이나 생일 음식을 

먹는데다 딸과 손자들과 함께 선물도 열고, 어떤 자매님에게 치마와 목걸이도 받고 참 의미있는 날이었다.  

We had the Relief Society Activity on my birthday, July 14, and they had the really lovely lunch.  I know it was not just for me but I celebrated like it was just for me.  In the evening we were invited to the Rushton's for Michel's 6th birthday with the three different kinds of BBQ with a cake and all.  I celebrated again it was like my birthday dinner just for me.  It was extra special because we had Angela and the boys.  I even had few presents to open from my children and a sister from the RS!

 식당을 경영한 경력이 있는 려시턴 형제님은 특히 고기 요리를 잘한다.

Suk's 2nd older sister Suk-Hee came from Korea to visit the oldest sister, Shim in Houston Texas in May 2017.  All three of us went on a cruise by ourselves.  That was the first trip all three sisters made together, ever.  We caught up on a lot of family histories and learned about each other for the first time.  It was interesting to find out about your own siblings so late in your life.  It is almost scary how much we are like each other and like our mother...

Shim is the only one who dyed her hair and people used to ask us if I was older than she was and I told people that I looked older because I was more matual...  Maybe she still looks younger than I am....

Ryan Andrew McLay (Mr RAM) Turned 8 years old on May 6, 2018 and was baptized on June 2nd by his father, Andrew.  I still think of him as a small boy but he sure has grown up.  He is still a very bright, gentle and patient older brother.  But sadly he had lost the love for the Korean foods....   We used to order his own dish of radish kimchee at Korean restaurants....  I really don't know what happened.  I am really hoping it will come back some day....

Been Home For a While....

We have been home since February 2016.  Worked on yards Dan went to see the kids on Florida, saw his uncle in Texas, worked on yards, Angela's family moved to Utah, worked on yards, Suk went on a cruise with her sisters, worked on yards, Ryan was baptized....  And we are thinking about going on an another mission....
